Delete your GolArena account

You can permanently delete your GolArena account and the personal data associated with it at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed. Deletion is available to every account holder in two ways:

Option 1 — delete from your account settings (fastest)

Sign in at golarena.io (or in the app), then go to Settings → Privacy & data → Delete account and confirm. The deletion runs immediately once confirmed. You can also export your data as a JSON archive from the same screen before deleting.

Option 2 — request deletion by email

If you can no longer sign in, email privacy@golarena.io from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify the request belongs to the account owner and complete the deletion. This works even if you have uninstalled the app.

What is deleted

Your account and profile (email, username, display name, phone, country), your content (uploaded betslips, predictions, messages, favourites, and social connections), device identifiers and push tokens, and usage data tied to your account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What may be retained

Limited anonymised transactional records (for example purchase and wallet ledger entries no longer linked to you) may be retained for up to 7 years where the law requires — for example tax and anti-fraud record-keeping. No data retained this way identifies you. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
